Marissa Hoffmann serves as a managing director and practice lead of the Advisory and CFO services division. She has 20 years of experience across all areas of finance and accounting. While she started her career in corporate finance, she later transitioned to public accounting working at a Big Four as an auditor of public, private, and not-for-profit clients. From there she served as a management consultant, providing her expertise on forecasting, budgeting, modeling/valuation, and operational finance. She later served as acting CFO for a mid-size tech firm providing financial leadership of six legal entities, across three countries, and having responsibility for all accounting, treasury, financial analysis, and financial compliance. Over her 20-year career, Marissa has cultivated the unique ability to analyze business problems and create meaningful, effective solutions.
